Nocny

Poland's largest shared drinking platform!

2026 guide

Where can you buy alcohol at night under local restrictions?

Night restrictions do not close every venue serving alcohol. They primarily limit off-premise sales, and each municipality sets its own hours.

Check the local resolution first

Poland does not have one nationwide timetable. Warsaw uses 22:00–06:00, Kraków 00:00–05:30, and some cities restrict sales only in selected districts.

The most reliable source is the city office announcement or the resolution published in the regional official journal. Each city guide here links to a relevant source.

Shops and petrol stations

Inside a covered area, a shop, kiosk, or petrol station cannot sell alcohol for off-premise consumption during the hours set by the resolution. Being open 24 hours does not create an exception.

Bars, pubs, and restaurants

A licensed hospitality venue can usually sell alcohol for consumption on the premises. That does not automatically allow it to sell a sealed bottle for takeaway during restricted hours.

Find someone with a bottle or share your own

On Nocny, adults can find someone nearby who will share their bottle with them. People who already have a bottle can offer to share it and find a drinking buddy.

Every user remains responsible for following the law, including restrictions on unlicensed sales, supplying alcohol to minors, and drinking in public places.

On Nocny, you can find an adult nearby who will share their bottle with you, or offer your own bottle to someone looking for a drinking buddy.
